I've recently been exploring the land of YouTube and discovered the world of book vlogers! This made me extremely excited, because what's better than listening to people talk about the things that you love? As I explored more and more, I found this entire sub-culture of book vlogers who all had their own unique style and opinions. There is something strangely compelling about this world that sort of draws you in. Perhaps its the weird combination of mediums, paper with video, or the fact that you're watching strangers, but I adore book vloggers and definitely see an interesting future for book marketing and advertising here.
Below I've shared a few of my favorite book vloggers!
Thereadables is arguably one of the best book vloggers out there. Her videos are clean, fun, and professional looking. But, she still manages to highlight her cool, spunky personality.
Booksandquills is a book vlogger who does everything from regular reviews to videos about her favorite book covers and videos about what she's knitting that day. While they're not always book related, her quirky personality, dutch accent, and enthusiasm keep me watching.
EllesGlitterGossip is more of a fashion vlog then a book vlog, but her "Glitterature"posts are the most viewed book posts on youtube, and I didn't feel the list was complete without her.
Grace from THINKAboutTheINK provides the comic book world with their own professional grade comic book vlogger. Grace is funny and sarcastic, if a little scripted, and I can't help but adore everything she's doing with her channel.
I've recently thrown my hat into the ring with my own comic book review channel, so if you liked any of these, check out my channel here!
