Thank you to Christine Murray, an amazing journalist and killer writer who blogs about writing, living in Ireland, and querying her women's fiction piece. As 1/13th of my fan base (and 1/6th of the fan base that is not related to me) she has been incredibly supportive and I am extremely thankful! I highly encourage you all to go check her out!
The goal of the award is to spotlight up and coming bloggers who currently have less than 200 followers:
The rules of the award are thus:
1. Thank the giver and link back to the blogger who gave it to you
2. Reveal your top 5 picks & let them know by leaving a comment on their blog.
3. Copy & paste the award on your blog. (see award image above!)
4. Have faith that your followers will spread the love to other bloggers.
5. And most of all—have bloggity-blog fun!
People who I think deserve the Liebster Blog Award
1. Jen of Jen's Bookshelf is absolutely HILARIOUS! She's never afraid to share an embarrassing story or two, and she's a fantastic writer to boot. Lots of love!
2. Beverly Diehl is an amazing, opinionated, and funny writer who has been with me from this blog's humble beginnings. Go for the pictures of shirtless firefighters, stay for the great posts! ... and the pictures of shirtless firefighters..
3. Katie Flanagan is one part literary intern, one part lit magazine editor, all parts awesome! Her posts are contemplative and informative, and IRL she's one of the best editors ever!
4. Annika Hvide is actually a fashion blogger and has over 200 followers, (so I don't know if I'm allowed to give this to her) but she's my sister and one of the greatest, most stylish people I've ever met!
5. Holly Dodson from Super Mom Writes is a YA writer. Her posts are always cute, spunky, and silly, and I definitely recommend you take a peek!3. P.S. If anyone knows how to make this post stop looking weird, please let me know! (I am technologically incapable...)
Update: Thank you Beverly for helping me fix my post!

Greetings, dear, and thank you! Very kind, very kind of you - and yes, the firefighters are purty, aren't they? Just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteI think, somehow, you have accidentally clicked on something to highlight your text. Go to the HTML page, and look for something like this: < span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: yellow;" > at the very beginning of the document, except I don't know what color it is, exactly.
Then at the very end, there will be something like this - < /span > you gotta delete this, too, or Blogger will wig out and not let you. Some of these codes are like Siamese twins, it wants boff' of 'em.
And, in order to paste it in here, I had to add some spaces, so don't let THAT throw you. ~kisses~
Thank you for the award, Brit! That's very sweet of you. :)
ReplyDeleteShirtless firefighters on Beverly's blog, you say? I shall be there momentarily!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the award, Brit! Yay!
